Acoustic Original Songs
I love YouTube as a space to post initial acoustic versions of my songs when they’re still so young and can’t walk yet. Sometimes, I add some harmonies or midi instruments in post, but usually it’s just me and my guitar and trying to avoid eye contact with the camera.
Acoustic Song Covers
When I love a song, I want to sing it. So why not post it! My YouTube showcases me singing songs from some of my favourite artists such as dodie, Adam Melchor, and of course Joni Mitchell.
Music Vlogs
Whenever I do a music related activity I love to document it to remind me of how cool my life can be and how much fun I have whilst making music. My favourite music vlogs are the ones with my band when we are in the recording studio or playing a gig. They’re all core memories filmed on an iPhone.
Life Vlogs
Sometimes I want to be the next cool girl vlogger so I take out my camera and pretend to be one. but sometimes I don’t need to pretend. I have the coolest friends and any time I hang out with them feels like a reason to vlog. They’re all amazing.
Video Essays
As of right now, I only have one proper video essay up and running but SO many more are in the works. I did English A Level and I’m also a huge nerd so I’ve found a fun niche of finding songs inspired by literature and analysing their music and lyrics! Watch this space…
